which state/city is this?

serve notice of entry (24 hour notice )
make sure to bring someone with you to the inspection ( you have a right to show the place to prospective renters ( maybe bring a real estate agent ) )
hire a lawyer
try without a lawyer
if you don't get the rent or keys then serve a pay or quit notice.
follow the steps to file a UD lawsuit ( if you don't know what UD is, then hire a lawyer )
