You have to understand that reporting such a monthly payment, such as rents, at any time when someone is pulling your credit, they will see a recurring payment and it will count against you as a liability in regards to your monthly income vs. expenses.

I don't understand that comment. You pay the rent on time just like you may pay your Nordstroms card on time. Why would it lower a score. Any more info.
