Just wondering if LL can share their experiences renting properties these days. How would you rent a property now if there is a "stay home" order as it is now in CA? Has anybody tried showings over Skype?

Everyone needs to read the actual order that applies to them. If a specific event is not covered then the social distancing part of the order would apply in my opinion. even stay at home allows you to go many places, grocery doctor, parks, drive thru food, curbside delivery, etc. at least here in Colo. In Commiefornia who knows? Just remember your state elected these fools.
