Evicted Tenant demands the security deposit,NJ

Due to the COVID-19, the scheduled lockout day on 03/17 unfortunately got canceled, so, now she can be staying in my property, although the tenant already found another apartment.
She is asking me to return her security deposit for keys, otherwise, she will be continuing to stay. Because all evictions/lockout got canceled, and it seems no time to resume anytime soon, I wanted to have my property back, it seems I don't have other options but to accept her proposal. But, her demanding is absolutely not legitimate. What should do / say to her to make such deal?

Tell her that you will meet her at your house/apartment this Friday. You will have her deposit with you, in cash, and that you want to go thru the entire place. IF there is NO damages, and IF she has ALL her possessions out, you will return her deposit to her, in return for the keys back.
Even if she leaves you a small amount of damage, or a small amount of her possessions there, get those keys and give her the deposit. That gets you possession back, and I'm sure you can get rid of her stuff and repair any damages fairly quickly. Even if you lose money on this deal, you have POSSESSION BACK, and that's what you want right NOW.
