I have used credit screening for several years and only take people with good credit. I contribute that all my tenants have paid on time the last 2 months to this. People with good credit know how to manage money in good times and bad.

Very true. Since I joined the LPA I have done much better renting to a higher quality of tenants for my rental homes and apartments. So far so good.
