In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, evictions have been placed on hold until further notice. I have waived late fees for one of my tenants from April-August because I know they're trying.

I'm just curious - how is everyone else handling the finances, rent collections, loan payments, etc.?

We waived late fees, treat each tenant individually because each of them has different cases. Some of them are working, some are making partial payments. Some struggled on April but find new job on May. My husband called the bank and they will charge interest only but you need to take action call your bank
