The lease only says from 5/20/2019 to 5/19/2020. The tenant only rented one room in my house. The tenant told me she would sue me if I have someone to do the cleaning and repairing in the house. Basically, the whole house is almost empty only her is still living in the room. I was planning to sell the house in Jan and waiting for her lease is due on 5/19. I am in CA.

I think YOU are a TROLL, and just making up stories. Your original post referred to "he" as your tenant----9 times. Now in this post, you refer to your tenant as a "she" several times. Never once did you say "they" or "them", or used the words "my tenant(S)"-----with an "s". If you want to be on this forum, TELL THE TRUTH AND DON'T LIE !
