Turn the tables around--------What if your T says to you " I have no lease. I don't know what my rent is. I can't pay you any rent, because I don't know how much to pay you. Please provide me with my copy of the lease I signed, so I can pay you the right amount."

So now the ball's in your court.------No lease, no rent. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?? If you try to take him to court for nonpayment of rent, how can you tell the court you have a lease, when/if you never provided one to the T? I'm pretty sure you would lose your case.

Why are you being so childish about all of this? YOU ARE A LANDLORD AND A BUSINESS PERSON-------ACT LIKE IT!
If you messed up, ADMIT IT, LEARN FROM IT, AND MOVE ON!
We all make mistakes, and from those mistakes, you become a MUCH BETTER landlord.
