How long does a Landlord have to inspect a rental? - Landlord Forum thread 360543

How long does a Landlord have to inspect a rental? by jtschriv on May 29, 2020 @01:28

I rented a house in Pittsburgh thru May 28, 2020 but moved out on April 15th to live south for a new job. I gave my landlord notice on April 4th that I would be vacating the property and that I was going to continue to pay the rent until the end of the lease. The house was cleaned properly and sat empty for 44 days until today when my landlord finally went over to check it out. She did not go over sooner than that and even came with a cleaning crew before she even saw it. Any property will get dusty in 44 days but am I still responsible if I gave her all of that notice?

apologies I forgot to mention she is trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for these cleaning bills along with other fees that I took care of before I left.
