the charges were for the floors having dust on them, the counter tops not being cleaned enough and the weeds on the side of the house grew back. Along with more charges Im sure. She is the type of landlord that if something isnt done exactly her way then it needs fixed. I spend hours cleaning that place to the best of my abilities because I didnt want to go through this but I still am anyway

She inspected the day after your lease ended, so the weeds are on you and technically so are the dusty floors. Your landlord sounds lazy but she is technically right. At this point you will have to wait for the deposit statement and then see what you are up against. Check you state laws for how long she has to return deposit.
