Want to buy a new microwave and stove for rental.
Good long term tenant. Replacing GE standard white.
Any suggestions on what to buy and where in Metro Atlanta?
White or stainless?
Will need installation.

I find that the smooth top gets worn very easily, even with best of care. The glass can break on it also. If they are super responsible then I would consider it as it is preferred. It wears poorly. Good luck. Lowe’s is having 40% off appliance sale.
