Hi, With Covid-19, is there any special clean up after the current tenants moved out? Note the current tenants did not notify anything about Covid, that meant can we assuming there is no affection people there? How to prepare for new tenants move in? On the new lease for the new tenants, is there any precaution statement about Covid-19? Thank you

I'm curious, if one is an owner of only a few or several rental units, and one is available, do you even WANT to fill that vacancy now? Rhetorical: A new tenant is in and stops paying rent after two months. You cannot begin eviction; the law has forestalled that process. However, if you carry a mortgage on that rental property, your lender also CANNOT begin foreclosure proceedings against you. We're in a type of limbo now and for at least the next few months. I'm just thinking out loud.
