19. ENTRY: A. Tenant shall make Premises available to Landlord or Landlord's representative for the purpose of entering to make necessary or agreed repairs (including, but not limited to, installing, repairing, testing, and maintaining smoke detectors and carbon monoxide devices, and bracing, anchoring or strapping water heaters, or repairing dilapidation relating to the presence of mold); providing decorations, alterations, or improvements, or supplying necessary or agreed services; or to show Premises to prospective or actual purchasers, tenants, mortgagees, lenders, appraisers, contractors and others (collectively “Interested Persons”). Tenant agrees that Landlord, Broker and Interested Persons may take photos of the Premises.
