you will have to CHECK AND confirm where IT is coming from.
Then talk with other tenant to find out if they perceive the same odor.
After you talk with tenant ask tenant to comply with the lease clause : SANITARY CODE AND ENJOYMENT
People cannot enjoy a disgusting odor. YOU CAN ASK TO BE MORE CONSIDERED TO OTHERS IN THE BUILDING.
