I finally have my eviction hearing tomorrow morning. I think I have everything ready as far as documentation, records, timelines and correspondence between LL & T. I do have a few questions though.

1. Can the MDJ force a "payment plan" so that the T doesn't get evicted? Or would he/she direct that question to LL if that is an option.
*FYI: It is NOT an option. Dude couldn't pay rent for months but now all of a sudden can pay rent and additional payments to make it all up?

2. Is there any way that the MDJ might throw my case out? I have documents of every discussion we've had, multiple times where I gave him a break and a lease with a solid late fee policy.

Sorry - I'm just getting anxious and nervous.
