Should I allow pets(during these hard times?)
Due to ESA laws it is difficult to avoid pets.
The unit above brought in an ESA pet.
due to Covid it is more difficult to fill vacancies even in the hottest market in Santa Monica..

Pet is loving for everyone. It should be care and place where we can play with pet. So We allow pet if everything maintain of security and other thing.

try to screen more by credit and other factors. Accept pets from only highly qualified tenants.
Its the tenant qualifications that are most important.
