If I filed breach of contract in small court for $ 500 in NJ then tenant paid $ 500 before the date of hearing but owes $ 700 on the date of the hearing, will my case dismissed or I can still claim breach of contract? Tenant is forcing me to take case back as 500 were paid but 700 is not I filed for.
