I have recently evicted a non-paying tenant. Is trying to take the T to court worth the effort? Ya know, because you can't get blood out of a stone..? TIA

Why not post the debt to TransUnion on tenant's credit report. LPA has the ability free with membership. You keep 100% if they pay anything.

Out of curiosity, lets say you report the debt to the Credit Bureau and the tenant comes through an satisfies the past debt. How does the landlord go about updating the Credit Bureau entry to reflect it has been paid?
