PA has puritan application of the laws. I would schedule 1 more time with a constable / officer ( paid by you but deducted from T SD). In CA you must store all the items and you may sell them to cover the moving storage fees.

I've seen J Judy & Peoples Court POV that even if the items are worth 1,000, but the LL could only sell it for 10% then the Judge would accept the effort and go from there.
