I forgot to add this to my previous response... Be sure to cross all your T's and dot all your I's and take lots of pictures. You don't want to do something wrong and have it come back to bite you in the butt. Suddenly the tenant will try and claim that you tossed out a bunch of high ticket items. I know 30 days seems like a long time, but the end is in sight.

L, you are about 30 days off. Go back and read Jason's thread of Jan 31, 2021. The Ts 30 days are gone already.
