Hello all!

This survey is being conducted by Xavier University consulting to assist in providing more accurate solutions to Renter Mentor. Renter Mentor is a platform that connects lower-income individuals with compatible landlords securely.

This research is being conducted to determine the ways in which affordable housing can be improved to better suit the needs of landlords. The following survey is being conducted to identify landlord pain points and ways in which Renter Mentor can improve landlord experience.
