Hello All,
My Tenant is ready to purchase the rental home they have been in.
Do we have a sample Purchase Agreement for the staste of Indiana in our resources that I can use as a template? Or can anyone share a sample Purchase Agreement that I can use a point of reference, Please share if possible.

I see no reason to use a Realtor for this sale, but you will need to hire an attorney, in place of a Realtor, to make sure the whole transaction is handled properly. Find an attorney that handles real estate transactions. They will have purchase agreements that you can use, that will be legal in Indiana.

Don't sell it to tenant. You will be losing out on money. If you decide a price--much higher than tenant's price--dot all i's and cross t's with Realtor AND attorney. Treacherous process for owner.
