Purchased a 6 family building in Jan 2020 and just received an anonymous email from an individual stating that one of my tenants is making and selling meth in one of the apartments and that they have notified the police.

What do I do now.

You do NOTHING! An anonymous email means NOTHING. IF that person actually called the police, then let the police handle any investigation. They will contact you if they find the allegation to be true. And if the person who sent you the email, also remained anonymous to the police, the police may decide to not follow up on anything, without a credible allegation by a known person.
