Electromagnetic Frequencies Condition called EHS, but not recognized by science.
I will post at her door the 24 hour notice.
If she doesn't answer then I CAN go in without her.
If she refuses entry I have to reschedule. Bummer.'
She NEVER complained about mice.
She put it in her Complaint (counter claim)
I don't have a problem paying for an exterm if T want one, BUT I like them to be honest!

Your landlord/tenant experienced attorney should be dealing with these matters. When new problem arises, contact lawyer.
