New California Landlord Tenant Law effective 2020 by Blue on November 26, 2021 @19:04

Hi, I'm in California and not wanting to renew my lease with my current tenant. With the new law, I'm a little nervous. Do I have to provide them with relocation expenses if I just don't renew their lease? Thanks for your help.

I have not heard anything like that. Look at the California Landlord Tenant Law Book online.

I didn't knew this. This will help people with same condition as you. Thanks also to the responses.
