New California Landlord Tenant Law effective 2020 - Landlord Forum thread 361655

New California Landlord Tenant Law effective 2020 by Blue on November 26, 2021 @19:04

Hi, I'm in California and not wanting to renew my lease with my current tenant. With the new law, I'm a little nervous. Do I have to provide them with relocation expenses if I just don't renew their lease? Thanks for your help.

Hi, I'm sorry I totally forgot about putting this out. But there is a new law AB 1482 which requires a bunch of stuff. so we just want to do the right thing.
