You should not be "trying" to pay your rent and dues "when you can". You SHOULD BE PAYING ALL YOUR RENT AND DUES ON TIME, EVERY MONTH. You should not be playing the "victim" here. You signed a legal document (the lease) to pay full rent on time, every month. If you cannot fulfill your written agreement, MOVE OUT NOW, before you actually DO get evicted.

If you get an attorney, or find an "eviction service" to help you, all they will be able to do is slow down the timeline for you to get evicted---and at a Big Additional Cost to you. You will still eventually be evicted, and will still owe back rent, if you don't pay your obligations, or move on your own.
