The sheriff is evicting a squatter tomorrow from my property in California. I will have a locksmith and am prepared to install a home security system once I restore possession. I will ask the US Post office to rekey the mailbox as well. What else should I be prepared with? Share any experiences would help as this is my first eviction.

Sounds like you've got the basics covered. I'd like to know more about this too if anyone else has any input/tips.
