Depends on what you have for buildings I would think. We have six units, three duplexes all on one parcel in FL, we pay for a landscaper to come out to mow the lawn and trim back some bushes on a monthly fixed fee.

This rental unit is a SFH and sits on an acrea of mowable land. Very basic hedges to trim in the front of the property…. Do you have any further thoughts?
