NO LL/T lease anywhere in this country, can override any law in their state that says something different that what their state law says. Mail your T your 60 day termination notice 70 days before you want them out, and include SEVERAL reasons why you want them out. I say 70 days because you have to allow for mailing time to get the notice to them. You need to send it both regular and certified mail. And check with your state laws as to when the 60 days can start.

I'm in Iowa. Ours say a 30 day notice. HOWEVER, the 30 days START the NEXT time rent is due. If your rent is always due on the 1st, like my rents are, today is the 2nd------- In Iowa, if I sent a 30 day notice out today, the 30 day time frame would not start for me until June 1, for them to be out by June 30. Put an EXACT date down as to when they need to be out.
