Landlord form for odors

I have nice property that has had an unbearable smell since my tenants moved in. When I asked about it, they said they don't know what I'm talking about. I'm not the only one who smelled it. My kids were with me and they almost had to throw up!!!
Is there a form for this. I'm afraid there might be a dead animal in the walls or something!
