Besides everything else I know he's a pill abuser. Maybe if I prove it to her she will sour on him...

DO NOT EVER try to insert yourself between a tenant GF/BF relationship ! It will only go badly for YOU. How you FEEL about one tenant over another should NOT MATTER. You are in a LL/T BUSINESS relationship. Either forget about the whole matter of the BF and live with the current situation, or terminate the lease and make them both move out. A 3rd option is to raise the rent at the end of her lease by a large amount.

I wouldn't go that route. You're just asking for trouble. I'd look for a violation or something if he's that troublesome.
