I think the leases from here do have a payment method cash or check... they are pretty thorough that way. TBC...

I do not accept payment services that charge a service fee.(paypal/credit card/venmo/apple pay/google pay/ ...pop up rent collection services)
** important point: only use payment services that you can control and refund or stop a tenant from sending money to you. This is because if you are processing an eviction for non-payment; a digital deposit can void the lawsuit and you have to start over.

i could not find a payment method in this LPA lease. This is the language in my local lease rent shall be paid with check or money order. rent shall not be paid in cash, nor directly deposited into HP's bank account. nor paid by electronic funds transfer.
