I would recommend you sell the property. Unless you are handy enough to make the repair needed yourself. The cost to do the work could put you in the poor house. As well as the fines from the city for not getting the work done. I'm a few years
younger than you and thinking of selling out my properties. Tenants can be such a pain. And in court tenants seem to have the law leaning more on their side to allow complete control.

Thank you so much. It has broken me that is for sure. I am not handy. I'm old, and ill and have no help.
