If party's are loud police can be called by neighbors as disturbance .
Multiple times responding with reports might get you somewhere with court
Be careful about after the fact retaliation or harassment or discrimination claim by bad girl roommate.
If it were me in your shoes, I'd stay way out of it. Be a good professional LL to BOTH, EQUALLY
not your problem till THEY become your problem.
