Rent increase in California - Landlord Forum thread 362235

Rent increase in California by Duane on November 16, 2022 @17:21

I just need to know if the laws have changed and how much can I raise the rent on a tenant in any given year? I think 10% is the max. My tenant has been with me for a decade. Do I have to give 60 day notice?
