* - Case Sensitive means that capital letters make a difference. If you register with the name "JSMITH", then you'll need to type "JSMITH" when you come to log-in again in the future. "JSmith" and "jsmith" are considered different accounts. We recommend using lowercase for your user-name and password to make it easier to remember which case you used.
