Dear Mr. Reno:
I have tenant that is keeping windows open in freezing weather. I pay heat.
I have spoken twice and also told not to park infront of my garage. He is a tenant at will. Also I said no smoking.
Linda L.

A: I would say a 30 day (60 in some states) notice to vacate solves the problem, one way or the other. (Maybe he'll clean up his act?)

LPA recommended forms:

  • Lease Violation Notice
  • Lease Termination Notice
