That's very nice.
I'm not about to build an office onto my home so I casn greet tenants.
My po box works just fine thank you.
And it's a whole lot cheaper than making a special room to great tenants.

If they want to look me up, let them.

That box might be a lot cheaper, but my home office now allows me to take a slew of tax deductions that the P.O. box could never. I now get to take 15% of all my utilities off as a tax deduction, plus my computer, printer, & fax costs, internet costs, all the office supplies, a share of my phone costs, even a share of the landscaping around the office room. All told, I was able to take thousands of dollars off my taxes because I set the office up in my little used family room. It was the best tax break I ever found.
