Prosecuted for lying on a rental application? Sorry, but I'd prefer our tax dollars be spent elsewhere than on prosecuting someone because they lied on an application. SCREEN your tenants properly and you'll catch their lies before it is too late. If your tenant is breaking the lease, evict them, you don't need to prove that they lied to start eviction.

YOUR AN IDIOT... TAXPAYERS DOLLAR.. I AM A TAXPAYER THANK YOU VERY MUCH. AND YOU WORK ALL YOUR LIFE AND PAY YOUR TAXES AND HAVE A PLACE TO RENT. WHEN THEY LIE THERE IS A REASON. AND YOU CAN NEVER GET THEM SCREEN PROPERLY (NOT ALL OF THEM) THESE PEOPLE LIVE OFF OF OTHER PEOPLE AND KNOW THE LOOPHOLES OF LAWS BETTER THAN YOU.... SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE ON THE OTHER END. AND EVICTING THEM TAKES MONTHS. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT BEFORE YOU RESPOND TO A POST. YOU OBVIOUSLY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE...
