you're going to have to toughen up if you want to stay in your business

once someone calls in the authorities on you, THEY HAVE TO GO, because it will only get worse

they have become a threat to your economic well being, and you have to deal with that by terminating their month-to-month lease

Maybe you should keep a clean place, sounds like you have a crappy apt and want to let them hav mice ???? no heat >> come on, havent they suffered enough ?

When you evict someone for exercising their legal right to call a building inspector, that's retaliation. If the judge or the jury has a brain in their head, you will lose.

MY TENANT IS USING THE FALSE COMPLAINT TO STAY IN THE PROPERTY BUT SHE HASN'T BEEN THE PROPERTY IN OVER 3WKS SHE HASN'T PAID RENT OR ANY BILLS IN OVER A MONTH .SHES CALLED BACK TO THE FAMILY COURT AND ADVISED THEM I WAS NOT RESPONDING TO HER TEXT THERE FORE THIS COULD BE RETALIATION
THE COURT CLLD ME OFF THE RECORD AND ADVISE I GIVE HER ANOTHER 30 DAYS.THE TENANT MAY HAVE A CASE OF RETALIATION ALHOUGH I SERVED A 10MOTICE BECAUSE SHE HASNT PAID HER BILLS OR THE RENT KNOWING THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO.HELP PLEASE
