the person that i let her move her trailor on mine land and she was to pay 200.00 a month for lot rent. She move out of her trailor in Oct. of 2013. She never pay back the money that i let her borow. or the lot rent. Ant the trailor is still on mine land. need help on what to do about it. Thanks

You loaned a delinquent tenant money? Rent the trailer out on a month to month basis to recover your loses and present lot rent. Go register a lien on the trailer at the courthouse.
