The alternative tenant score card does not provide you with the most important piece of information necessary: The FICO score numbers. They do give you some flimsy answer, but nothing tells like a FICO score.

I have been using the same instant credit report service for about 14 years now, so I never had to submit to a site inspection or take a course. But I would pass the site inspection now anyway.
