I have a tenant who is complaining about the same thing. She said that she was sitting on her sofa and watched her fireplace mantle clock "throw itself off the shelf and shatter on the floor." She said there is weird noises and things moving. I have owned this building for 12 years with no complaints. I offered to let her out of her lease (don't want her building this up with the other tenants) and she said no. Case closed.

Unexplained damage and weird noises. Sounds like they typical tenant.
