I have used tenantbackgroundsearch,com. I know of one other LL that has used this company. They do not have a phone number for contacting them with problems/questions. What are some companies you use for both background/criminal check and credit checks???

Since we started in 2008 and signed up with LPA, we've been using http://www.clearscreening,com/ LPA had (or still has)? They do both and are very responsive, about $30 for both credit/criminal for one person.

Since referring members to Clearscreening, The LPA has created www.QuickCheckCredit.com in order to keep prices low and avoid annual online courses required by CS's provider.

I have been using youcheckcredit.com for 14 years now. You can pull a full credit report, including FICO score, for about $15.00.

I use Experian Connect. The applicant pays Experian directly for the credit report, and then sends it to me securely through their web site. This saves me from collecting an application fee. John
