Since we started in 2008 and signed up with LPA, we've been using http://www.clearscreening,com/ LPA had (or still has)? They do both and are very responsive, about $30 for both credit/criminal for one person.

I also have been using clearscreening since it was recommended by the LPA. Their customer service staff is extremely helpful and responsive. I also like that they have a large menu of background/criminal checks, and I can choose which ones I want to run.
