I agree with Bill, and the person you told to look elsewhere. The term " amenities " from a LL/T perspective, is used to describe things in or on the rental property itself, not about things in the neighborhood. You could simply tell people that the apartment is "close to " a gym, park, pool, library, shopping, bus line, etc.
