The pool represents a huge liability for you. Use of the pool would also compromise your insurance coverage. In addition to your tenants use of the pool, they will be having a pool party with others over every weekend.

All you need to do is to tell your tenants the pool use is not a part of the lease and that you are not insured for their use of the pool. It is a simple truth. Forget about how they like it. Do not make any exception.
