hi thanks for your opinion the blocked drains were 1st time sanitary towels and the 2nd time it was toy cars and the sprayer was actually pulled off the pipe , the lady makes all the kids have chores which I thinks great but also is resulting in damage I don't mind paying for repairs I expect to perform repairs but wondering how many repairs I will have to make with 8 kids that was the question, if the house becomes a liability I may as well leave it empty thanks

If the drain was blocked by sanitary napkins and toys, then the cost of the repair is definitely on the tenants. Just don't let them do the repairs themselves.
