Not a troll post...

A house of a certain square footage costs a certain amount in the middle of a city. If you go to a rural area outside the city, the same square footage is much cheaper.

I made a little spreadsheet with different variables to type in to estimate monthly income and ROI, and the best investments are rural properties. Yes, even mobile homes.

In response to my own thread, and also a response to my earlier thread about how to invest $1,000,000. If you ever have loads of cash to invest, don't buy real estate. Put it in bonds or a diversified bond fund. I just realized that a few hours ago. Sit back and collect bond coupons. Don't have to worry about roof repairs.
