In response to my own thread, and also a response to my earlier thread about how to invest $1,000,000.
If you ever have loads of cash to invest, don't buy real estate.
Put it in bonds or a diversified bond fund. I just realized that a few hours ago.
Sit back and collect bond coupons. Don't have to worry about roof repairs.
